Once payment is made we consider this as full confirmation of your order. We then require you to carefully fill out our required MEASUREMENTS FORM which will be automatically emailed to us once complete.

We will then email you your own design web page to confirm all details are correct to ensure a perfect fitting and no mistake before we make a start.
Production time;
We ask you to allow us 21 - 28 days to make your outfit / outfits, as soon as finished we send you a photograph and your parcel is posted FAST reaching you within 3 – 5 days, guaranteed and fully insured. Please allow a little longer for the ball / prom gowns. These dresses are worth the wait!
